RICS Home Surveys
RICS Home Survey Level 3
This RICS Building Survey consists of a detailed visual inspection of the building, it's services and the grounds. Concealed areas such as the roof space and basement are inspected where accessible by the current resident and safe to do so. Services are not tested, though observed in normal operation.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
The RICS Home buyers survey provides an intermediate level of reporting and includes an extensive visual inspection of the building and grounds, as well as the roof space and basements where safe to do so. Services are tested where permission is given and safe to do so.
